On 1/31/16 between 8:15-9:00AM while trying to visit her grandson my Mother-in-law Gwendolyn
Thomas was turned away by a Sergeant Washington, stating that her birthday was not on file. My mother-in-law having suffer a stroke a month ago was standing there on a walker crying and was rudely asked to get off of line. This is not her first visit to this facility. the staff on duty was very unprofessional. and the matter could have been handle with a little bet more personal care.

No room service, no hot women, NO WIFI WTF What kind of place doesnt have WIFI in 2014?!? Wouldnt stay there ever again.

Was poor stay mice comeing in and out you name it barley get food. Leaking cells. Canteen was never on time never had shit. Smh. Won't go back ever there or any were els. Also to the cos who talk shit. Don't hide behind a badge we all make mastakes don't mean treat us like dogs not every is a killer
