Yes my stuff was eventually delivered, but they took as much time as legally possible, and when things were missing - namely nice shoes & all my liquor, they make the claims process so difficult that you'll give up. Please note that their 21 day delivery window is business days only (a full month!), and it only starts AFTER your desired delivery date. You might as well say your desired delivery date is two weeks earlier, as they'll take their sweet time and show up at the end of the window anyways.

I moved east coast to west, and they hired a secondary service to do the job - while they told me in the beginning their advantage over broker services is that they did their own trucking, baloney. If you're moving to NJ to Florida, sure maybe these guys will get it done, just be weary of their timing tricks and claims... Hard pass folks.

I found this company to be dishonest, lots and lots of hidden fees !! Once half of our furniture was in the truck they increased the cost. Then again when the furniture arrived at our destination the costs ended up being more than double of what was initially estimated and we had to pay cash before our items were released. Beware!!! oh yes, Tina was quite nasty. DO NOT USE!!!!

I ran into a bit of a problem midway through the move. It was my fault but they handled it so well I thought they deserved a little praise. First off booking was so easy, let me tell you! I called in answered a couple questions then got a rough estimate. We talked a bit more and she gave me a few pointers on how to save money packing. Just so cheerful! I booked then and there and they emailed me a confirmation and told me what needed to be done by then. Boxes packed. Appliances unhooked. Ready to go. The moving team who came at 2p.m were very good and loaded so efficiently! By the time they had driven off I had 6 more days until they were expected to arrive. About 2 days later I realized the arrival time was too early and I wouldn't have access to the new house until the following day. I called in, got the location of the truck en route, and asked them to delay it. They did no questions asked and no extra fees charged! I absolutely WOULD recommend them anyone who wants a good company to do the job right!

I would most definitely recommend using North Van Lines. I booked a few weeks before and asked for 3 movers who could show up at 1 pm and load a truck I provide myself. They showed up 10 minutes early ready to work. The team handled themselves well and the process was really simple and easy. They arrived to the new apartment separately and unloaded the truck in an hour. There were no extra fees like a stairs charge or something else equally ridiculous. I paid for exactly what I got which was awesome. It is definitely worth the money.

I needed a lot of help. From packing to loading to driving the truck to unloading. I was so overwhelmed, I didn't want to deal with anything. Luckily North Van Lines sent in an awesome team of packers a few days before who packed up clothing and items. I took care of valuables and dishes beforehand just to save time and make sure they were safe. I didn't get to see how good of a job the packers did until I started unpacking a few days ago. they packed well and made sure we used up the space in each box but didn't overload them. They really know what they're doing. The move itself was fairly non-descript. The movers came and loaded everything properly. They worked quickly and I'm grateful the truck got there within the 12 days promised. Lovely job!
