I was late due to weather conditions so the lady in front took the person ahead of me , late by the way but there was nothing to do for me.
It took them 3 weeks to give me an appointment and I was there but the doc couldn't see me ( it's ok for them to keep us waiting 2 hours but not for us being late) very bad customer service considering the amounts they charge the insurance and the waiting time for appointments.
