Met the doctor at a local medical center. We were suggested to see him for follow up after discharge. We had to wait 3 weeks to see the doctor with holiday season in between. Day before the initial appt, we were told the appt got postponed due to doctor's schedule. The new date they gave us was 2 days after. It affected my work schedule but took it anyway or else they said we would have to wait another 3 weeks because the doctor is so so busy :).
Overall, it is was a very inefficient experience, seeing the doctor on regular basis and taken care of on time. You have a pain now, but can't help because you won't be seeing the doctor until 3 weeks after :(.
