These are low cost/ free health care clinics where you're paying a fraction of the cost for health care services based on what you earn! This is Not a private practice on the Upper West Side where you're paying Upper West Side prices! So Yes OFCOURSE there's a long wait, they're serving hundreds of people a day. OFCOURSE there are going to be long hold times. Long wait times happen when you're at a private practice as well all the time?? If you want to be treated like you're at a private doctors office in the city then go there! Otherwise this is a decent service provided to people who can't get health care in this country otherwise.

Worst place I've ever. I give up on these people. Been trying to reach by phone during business hours for two days now they won't even pick up the phone. I show up in person, they tell me I have to wait just to make an appointment... The attitude is horrible even when I smiled at these miserable receptionists they looked at me with a nasty face & that was my first impression!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

these people are horrible on top of the fact they never answer their phones, the wait time is beyond ridiculous! i am beyond disappointed, especially the fact that they keep their pregnant patients waiting for hours!! i wouldnt even rate this place with 1 single star!!

This clinic is by far the worst one I have every been to in my life! Today for example I was trying to call them to let them know I will be a bit late for my appointment with the OBGYN and I couldn't reach anyone for about 20 minutes being on hold the whole time. I hung up because I was going to be there before anyone got to my call and I was. When I got there they took like 5 minutes to find my appointment when they made it a before. Then I go back up like an hour later to ask if I will be called soon and they said they made note I was there. They asked me while I when up not being called up if all my information was still correct with me thinking when they would have called me up to make sure themselves. About 2 hour and 15 minutes I was finally called up and there was only 4 people ahead of me to began with. How did they take 3 hours to see 4 people? Now I am almost 31 weeks pregnant with my first baby and all the OBGYN did was listen to the heartbeat of my baby and ask me a few questions. With in 15 minutes or so I was done! I had not had an ultrasound in 2 months and I had to remind them I need another one and asked them to schedule me one! I shouldn't have to tell them how to do their jobs especially with my first child and it should Never take almost 3 and half hours to see about 5 patients! They take their time, don't say sorry for the wait, and push you off like you're not even their! The worst care for pregnant woman or people period for that matter!

I have used this corp's services in Union City and in West New York, so this comment applies to those locations as well as to the Corporation in general. One problem is that it is virtually impossible to reach them by phone or email, to make an appointment can entail as long as one hour of waiting on the phone and listening to your "caller number" go down with excruciating slowness. Or, if you wish to contact a specific department and do not know the extension you are directed to a full mailbox where, of course, you cannot leave a message. Although I was informed that my insurance was accepted, it was denied by the insurance company, because the doctors who practice at various locations are not listed correctly in their contract with the insurance company. I feel sorry for the actual practitioners, who seem to be dedicated at least, because the rest of the organization seems to be incapable of functioning with any logic or customer service skills. It is especially sad when one's only recourse is to complain online.
