Worst experience ever. The manager charged me for a diagnostic, did not explain the problem with the car. He refused to give me my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR CENTER!!!

The manager Jacob is a rip off, and speaks to customers as they are stupid. Yes, most people maybe less knowledgeable when it comes to car repair, but this guy takes them for a TOTAL ride and charges them a huge premium. Very rude to senior citizens as well.
