This review is long overdue as it's been over 3 years since Christopher and the gang found me my place but apparently nothings changed because my friends just moved here and had the same awesome experience with Nooklyn that I did. I feel like I would love these guys even if they didn't also have the best apartments in the neighborhood, which is obvious from the website alone. The best thing for us was the experience. They are honest, warm, and very informed. Any review that's not 5 stars must be from this new bread of yuppie that's been moving here in the last 2 years!

We worked with Christopher who was extremely informed, genuinely curious about our wants and a genuinely nice human being! We were shown all low-fee and no-fee apartments. In the past I have always felt like I was settling, but with Nooklyn we were choosing from the best of good/great apartments (what a novel concept) and didn't have our time wasted seeing things above our budget or in areas that we weren't interested in. In the end we are very happy with the place we found and they walked us through the paperwork and approval process. We signed our lease less than a week from our initial phone call. I value my time, and thankfully, they do to. Highly recommended!

I rented my apt at nooklyn, was an easy, quick process for me.

I also work at nooklyn currently and have also 2 other competing agencies and can say Nooklyn by far has the best inventory in Bushwick and maybe the only good quality, affordable inventory in greenpoint that I've seen so far. You can also find a good deal in Williamsburg.

My advice to future clients is to have all your paperwork ready to go within 24 hours of your deposit so your process can be as quick and easy as mine was as a client.
