Hi my name is JORDAN and i hate nomad cycle I usually dont care for reviews and never cared to write one but this place is so horrible that i cant burn it down but i can at least write a review.

I came to this place to tune up my BLACK ROSS bike! The first thing i said when i met the owner was im on a budget but i am able to afford the platinum tune up which is $240. I told the owner that i had a few request and that in there website it states that they are able to change any components on the bike free of charge. One of my request were if it was extra to paint the whole bike black the owner said he can take the bike to paint for 25 i then said that can also be added to the tune up so i would be fine with it being $265 he then replied with (remember his reply) are you sure you want to drop this much money on the bike! I then changed my mind because maybe painting the bike is not important. He asks me what els do i want on the bike i wanted them to install pedals and a rack that i brought with me which they did. He offered to change the tape on the handlebars aswell. When we were done discussing the changes he told me the bike will be ready in 3 days. I called them on the 5 day to ask if my bike was ready and the price on the bike the lady said its still not ready and the total is close to 300 they didnt even give me the exact price. The next day the bike was ready but i couldnt pick it up because the price went way over the budget and i had to work a extra because they simply didnt give me the price and it was already over 300. When i had the money in hand i called them and asked the price just to know how much it was in total everything cost $346 106 extra. I said to myself well they probably changed the tires, cleaned it, crank and chain. To my surprise when i got there the bike had the same tires the same tape that The owner offered to change but didnt. Same caliper brakes. In disbelief i didnt know what to say i was so angry that they charged me 100 extra and took way longer then they said. I asked the mechanic what justifies the 100 extra the mechanic gives me a smart answer and says you have the receipt so i ask him again what are all the changes he did and tells me. I ask him but why the 100 extra he replies with it was very labor intensive like if the 240 wasnt enough to pay for his hard work and they even charged me to put new tape on the bike!!! So everything was 376!! 130 dollars extra for litteraly nothing i was to angry i knew i couldnt stay because i would lose my temper so im writing this review cause im never going back but i just want them to know how much i hate them. The bike runs good though.
