The doctor is a good person very lovely ..just measure they tell you the total before you pay step by step ...they will charge you something extra without u consent ...administration sucks

It'll be hard to find a more compassionate doctor and staff. Dr. Cesar Tello and his team (in particular, Karen Caldon) took wonderful care of our cat, Tucker, throughout his entire adult life. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the JH neighborhood or greater Queens area.

Very kind and sweet people and the doctor is super informative!! I asked a lot of questions and they gave me the best responses they could. Very appreciative of their work. :)

They are lovely people, good vets, and very caring. However several times now they have done something, without asking, and then charged us for it. When if we were asked, we'd have said no.
We won't be going back.

My hamster was really sick from a cold, she was gona died if i didnt take her to the doctor, this place is very good , they are really friendly with ur little one, the part i love the most is that they really explain u whats going on, n how to take care ur pet, i am really happy the medicine that doctor tello give to my nini, work perfectly, she is really up n running on her wheel again :-D.
