I saw this shop a couple of months ago when I was driving by. I needed some things altered so I went in. I had a great experience with Nena, who is the head stylist and couturier. I found her to be delightful, experienced and fast with all alterations work. The store is elegantly appointed, which is a surprise since I was used to the dry cleaners before, and yet I found their prices to be very reasonable. They also have amazing couture clothing and custom made clothing that other stores in the area do not...I haven't seen any alterations or tailoring shops like this in the area to date. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who lives in Roslyn, Manhasset, Greenvale or the north shore area.
