THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I have been searching for a storage facility to store my great granddad's priceless Sidney Poitier doll collection and I found it here. Safe, secure, friendly, and knowledgeable. I rarely ever submit reviews, only for J. Cole albums and the Starbucks app. THANKS CUBESMART, especially Jorge Cano for taking care of me!

My experience with this facility was a very warm and easy experience. I rented a space from Jorge Cano. I remember coming in to inquire about the space and the level of experience I reviewed was very very impressive. I expressed how I was shopping for a storage in the area and every place I went was so very expensive and I only had a few things to store.

He asked what I was storing and showed me to option with the promotion of 1 free month. Very detailed and thorough I immediately selected unit 1632. Even when moving out he was so very personal and professional with the move out...... Thank you very much for making a painful situation very easy Jorge.

What a wonderful experience doing business at this NJ Self Storage. The manager Jorge and manager in training Melani were very friendly, polite, and professional. The facility itself is very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this NJ Self Storage to all who are looking for storage and great customer service!

this is the most friendliest and helpful storage unit I experienced for my first time. I want to thank Jorge, one of the workers there who greeted me and helped me chose the best unit I needed for all my belongings. I explained to him my situation being that it was my first time bringing my personal things to a storage unit and he showed me all the different units I can chose from so thanks to him I was able to pick the best one that could hold all my belongings perfectly. He made me feel comfortable to leave my belongings in their storage unit and that it was a safe as well as secure place and best part I can come in and out as many times I need too within the hours they are open. Thank you so much Jorge I would recommend people to come here and ask for him so he can give them the same great experience he did for me.

I went into the North Bergen Cubesmart location to inquire about pricing and units. I was greeted by a very cheerful and helpful staff. Jorge took time to explain to me the different units, showed me around, and was detailed about pricing and payment. I have been shopping around for a unit and I will definitely keep CubeSmart in mind. The Customer Service provided by Jorge was exceptional and I was impressed. I would also like to point out that the gentleman working with Jorge that day (Felipe) was also very knowledgeable and gave some input on what unit would work best for me. EXCELLENT JOB!
