Nissan of Queens Service Center

This place is very horrible. These people are big liars and scams. They rip me off very bad, they took $127 just to put Greece on my axle and brake's. I do not recommend anyone there. I think these people stole my t rod. That winds the spare tire down. I had flat and I was missing the third peace. If you buy a armada make sure your t rod is there in the. pouch. Seems that this place is getting worse, ghetto and low life is working there now, watch out before they steal your things from your vehicle.

i did not get my car here but i did get it from a nissan dealer.

I went there for a simple oil change that was covered under my contractual agreement.But yet they told me there was 101 things wrong with the car that were not covered under my extended warranty that HAD TO be changed ASAP. Long story short w/e was "fix" in the engine was NOT coverd under the warranty did such damaged that a week later i had a check engine light on had to bring it back for service and had to come outtta pocket for the damaged they caused fixing the inicial problem.

Nissan employees are well known by there rudeness and ghetto language, I had a bad experience just for taking my car for a oil change. It was a a journey, a real quest. Picked up my car with missing parts. Upon questioning the staff, employee did not recognize and getting nothing but threats. They are also known for changing car break down stories and fix the breakdown story the way it looks that it was your fault causing the issues to the car and warranty wont cover the damages. Beware Nissan drivers, they will BS you. Dont let go, fight to the end. This is unexceptable, corporate should take action and be more ontop of this location. I dont even want to get started on the Girls that work there. They have long nails and talk using their Hands, very unprofessional and rude/ghetto. The girls do not know how to treat the customers or clients. They need training ASAP. The onsite manager is never there and hard to find. This place needs to be cleaned up.

Nothing to like or recommend. Workers are rude , phines are hung up when you call, you go for tires and all of sudden you need transmission rebuild. Serioulsy how the hell is this place open for this long.

Kept my suv for Days and offered NO loaner.

I had many issues with my brand NEW 2015 Pathfinder. airbag issues, losing power while driving, false acceleration etc. Staff was rude and treated me like I was wrong, when the car was a lemon! had to get an attorney before Staff did the right thing and had me sign the necessary paperwork to get rid of the car.
