Crooks.i ordered 3 bolts online/store pick up.when i came to pick it up they told me (manager jimmy) they received a box of 10 and i have to buy all of them or they not gonna sell me nothing!? im gonna call bbb and i suggest you go to another parts dealer in town if you dont want to deal with scum bags.
one more thing ,online price of the bolt is 1.87 and they wanted to charge 2.99 for it lol.i went to another dealer and got it for 1.87 ...

Nothing against to friendly employees but a simple oil change shouldn't take 2 hours especially on your weekend

Dropped car for first oil change at 9:15am with an appointment eta was 6:00pm when asked how long it would actually take they said around 2 hours . 2 hours for an oil change .
