Grateful for the 6am practice, but the room smelled *terrible* and the flow.... didn't. The instructor asked if there was anyone in the class who had to leave within an hour, so what was meant to be a 75 minute practice clocked in at more like 65. Great for those on a schedule, but disappointing for those who payed a drop-in rate. With many other studios in the area, can't say I'll return if I come this way again.
