Diamond Studio

My daughter and I have been looking for fun ways to spend time together and we decided to try a yoga class that a friend has been raving about for months. What a wonderful time we had. Our instructor was Hillary and she was so welcoming to us. It has been 5 years since my last yoga class but it all came back to me. Hillary's calm voice talked us through each pose and gave us encouragement to enjoy our positions and challenge us if we were in the mood. It felt so good to move again but my favorite part was when she reminded us to breathe - with our busy lives we forget that sometimes! Thank you, Hillary, for a great experience and the opportunity to spend quality time with my daughter. She said to me that evening, "I really had fun today - when can we do that again?". You'll be seeing us real soon!
