Niko's Home Improvement was hired to do Painting, Address issues w/ trim and molds and cracks along the outside wall of house, weather seal windows.
Work was done professionally with an eye towards "caring," work. They are straight forward, and do not unnecessarily "recommend," additional work to increase costs. They are caring and sensitive to your budget and provide alternatives to more expensive jobs/ tasks as needed. In a word, "honest." They are relentlessly patient and show that they care -- not just come in & get the work done.
They painted 3 floors of my house including Living Room, Dining Room, Bathrooms, Kitchenette. They sealed windows and skylights and addressed cracks and issues with trims and moldings as well as hanging/ removing French doors.
Would definitely hire them again!
