The absolute biggest scam artist and nasty people you could ever meet. ..my handicapped dad was rear ended and forced to be towed there. .they would not allow him to get his cane or medication out of the car until the bill was paid. ..he didn't want the car. .just his medical stuff ....hope they go out of business!

Really nice job and had an issue with a light housing part that was defective, which they took care of.

This place's towing is a scam. My car broke down in Paterson and was towed all the way out to there shop. So they could charge me extra. And then they also close early on Friday. So I had to wait 48 hours to get my car back. And was charged for this as well.

I had broken down on the Parkway in the middle of the night. I am unfamiliar with the area and the truck driver said he could bring me over to the shop since it would cost a fortune to get it towed to my area. The dispatcher didn't even know that the company he worked for didn't do mechanical repairs. The driver was extremely friendly and understanding, but the front desk people are a bit cold and not understanding in the least of my situation.
