I would like to thank Wally for her kindness and generosity as soon as my friend and I walked in. I was getting out of a meeting at the UN, I was in a rush heading to another meeting. I needed to have my shirt and jean ironned, she accepted to do it and did it within 30 min. She really made me feel special and did a customed made service for me. I have never experienced this in any dry cleaner in NYC, I usually get my clothes cleaned in Frande when I travel back once every 2 weeks but now I found a place that I can trust to leave my expensive items to be cleaned properly and have a service full of "Humanity" thanks to Wally!!
I would like to also mention that I never ever write a review especially to get me on a computer and do this, I can tell u that it was an amazing experience I have had there.
Also, u might want to know that I walked into another dry cleaner right before entering Next Cleaner and the man was so rude and wanted to charge 14 usd to iron 1 jean and 1 shirt!!! And when my friend told him it is a bit expensive sir, usually it is 5 usd just to iron an item, he answered: "go where it is cheaper", we were shocked by his behaviour and negative energies, he must put all his frustration into his work, dont go there!!
So all neighboors of 52 street and 1st/2nd avenue, go to get ur clothes cleaned at Next Cleaner with the wonderful Wally!!!
