I don't know who's at the front desk, however they have no business picking up the phone. Not only was I on hold for 10 minutes just to make a cleaning appointment, she had the audacity to pick up and ask me to hold on for ANOTHER 10 minutes. When I asked her to call me back when she had the hygenist's schedule, her response is, "That's not my job, you'll have to call back and make the appointment if you want it."
I refuse to give them my business! Save your time and money! Go elsewhere!
