Got back to my car broken into, all wheels stolen and the windows open for four days. The car was sitting on bricks. According to them another car got its seats stollen. Same make and model. They didn't help me at all and didn't even pay for my taxi ride home. The best part is that a camera was pointing directly at my car but it was a fake!
Got a call a few days later letting me know that they are not covering any costs. What?!
Absolutely stay away from them. You may as well park on the street somewhere.

I have used this parking twice already at Newark and so far it is fantastic. You can pre purchase a reservation if you would like at a discounted rate. The service is great. Both times I was travelling with my family with 2 young children. The shuttle buses actually see you park and pull up to you and wait for you instead of you waiting for them! They are very helpful with the luggage. Takes max 5 minutes to get to the airport. Drivers of the shuttle buses are very friendly. The best part is that I do not have to give my keys to anybody. You park yourself and keep your car keys.

Great price / convenient though initially could be hard to find. The shuttle bus goes to where you park and picks you up.

God awful. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I parked here was given a bill for one amount then charged more than double. After I literally have to turn around on the highway to ask why I was charged more than double the girl Kim, actually argued no she did not. When I showed her the receipt, there was no apology just go to my manager he will fix it. I then stood there with the manager for several minutes as he ignored me and took some calls before asking what the problem was. I showed him and I heard him say to Kim she forgot to press the free exit button of something so they tacked on the double charge. He then turned to me wrote void on the receipt I was given and I was told to go back to Kim so she could charge me again. Still no apology I just asked for a record to show I was being refunded since they were literally charging me twice and three times the amount. I then asked to see the bill I originally gave her and confirmed it was LESS than even what she was charging now. Yes it was only about 10 cents but the principle. I pointed that out and she said their system rounds up in their favor of course. I then just asked for a receipt and she blew me off to go on the phone. I went back to the manager, the whole time my car is double parked in a bad place by the way. He then finally prints out something to show he refunded the first charge, he did me a favor, thanks. I then pointed out the fact that the charge was still rounded up in their favor and he was like that is just how we do it and looked at me indignant as if I was the one who had done something wrong but asking to be charged the amount I was billed in my email. So the quoted amount is not the amount you will pay. Seriously worst experience ever. No apology for the problems and rather than shaving a bit off for the trouble they put extra on and refused a simple apology. Made me late, wasted my time overcharged, twice and not even a simple apology. I would never use this service again. Good luck if your do.
