I've used Newark Auto Body 3 times now and I have to say that their service is outstanding, they are kind and know how to take care of their customers. They matched the color on my car and you couldn't tell that my new 7 month old Honda CRV was ever in an accident and to top it off they were able to save me money. I will keep recommending Newark Auto Body to all.

This is a top notch body shop everyone is courteous and professional. If you have an accident this is the place you want to get your car fixed at. I had a nasty accident and they told me that the repairs would take about 3 weeks, it only took them 2 weeks to fix, I was thrilled. I was even happier when they worked out a special rate for me at Enterprise rent a car saving me additional money. I can't say enough about Nelson, Juan, George, and Tiago, and the ladies in the office, they really go out of their way and will take good care of you.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this location!
I left my car at this shop and was told by Juan that my car would be ready in approximately a week.
It took them 3 weeks to repair minor bumper damage, on top off that Juan promised to help me with my rental and I ended up paying over $1000 in rental.
Do not take your car there.

After reading their online reviews i decided to bring my car to Newark Autobody to get repaired after having an accident and I'm glad I did. They handled the whole process professionally and my car was restored better than I expected. I f you get involved in an accident this is the place you want your car repaired at hands down.
