Phenomenal instructors, very friendly & helpful workers at front desk, and a wonderful & accessible G.M. The studio is always very clean! New York Yoga Hot was the first place I practiced any form of yoga and I have never gone anywhere since. The instructors are incredible, dedicated and very patient with all their students. Each instructor brings their own personality and creativity into their classes making them challenging, fun and ever changing for all levels. I highly recommend New York Yoga Hot!!!

This was my first time to Yoga, ever!Small place, but nice. Locker room was sufficient, showers available. The class was packed, that tells you something. The staff was nice, pleasant and made me feel, well, less intimidated. They do try and charge you for any extras you might need. The class was for beginners, great instructor and overall experience. Going again today!
