We have used NY Window Fashion for two different apartments here in the city, and are always pleased with the stylish fabric choices and superb service. The owner of the business even came personally to do some measurements himself and made sure we were 100% satisfied with one tricky window size and depth himself once it arrived. We highly recommend them!
