I specifically told the clerk that I needed the varicella vaccination. She let me fill out the forms and wait for an hour, led me into the PA's office only to be informed by the PA they do not have the vaccine. So thanks for this unprofessional experience.

I don't know if it was the doctor that I saw or the NP.... She didn't bother introducing herself and didn't bother asking me if I had any allergies to medications as I watched her write down "NKDA" ( No known drug allergies). ( I'm allergic to penicillin by the way-- the most commonly prescribed medication with potentially severe allergic reactions). She was not thorough in interviewing me. I wasted 2 hrs waiting to be assessed by such an incompetent healthcare professional.

I have been a patient here three or four times in the past few years since its opening. I have been very well treated, and have not had to wait more than 20 or. 30 minutes, and that was once, at mid-day. The doctor and other professionals are thorough, and accurate in their diagnosis and treatment. I have always felt that I am in good hands, there. Finally, there is a CVS pharmacy steps away, that the Urgent Care staff will electronically send your Rx to (or to another pharm) what could be better or quicker? I would recommend this New York Urgent ,Care facility without reservation. Maureen Floral Park
