This is the worst insurance company ever.i guess you cant get hurt at work because they will never pay you been out for 6 weeks and got one check and half at that. I rate ya zero

They are the worst in the world. It feels like you're being penalized for getting hurt on the job as if u asked to get hurt. Nobody wants to get hurt. They need to stop acting like the money is coming out of their pockets and start doing what's right for us injured workers. Is that too much to ask for??

Worst place to deal with. If you work with people and show no interest in assistant them then why work in an insurance company?! I've been switched around case managers, and out of work for nearly a month and have not received anything. Try leaving emails and voice mail and you get no response. When I did get a hold the case manager stated he would work on the process right now for compensation!! This should have been done from the day I stopped working. Highly incompetent and irresponsible

Trying to call my case manager an it's the worst if I do get her she isn't helpful she puts me under the bus am injured just got one check an can't receive another don't know what to do

Don't expect a call or email back from them, ever. One of the worst services in the industry. Your NY tax dollars at work.
