Not the best gym, but to get a quick workout in the morning.It's a minute away from my house I will deal with the rude employees and terrible customer service.

Signed up a year ago under their month to month "no contract" plan. Apparently this was false and there is a $29.99 fee for cancellation. When I initially went to this gym to visit the facility, I was advertised complimentary towels and that I can bring a guest free anytime (no exclusions). Both are completely false! Complimentary towels are no longer given and I can no longer bring a guest free. Clearly false advertising but you will be told its in the fine print. With an abundance of gyms in the area, this gym does not offer a better price nor any benefits that would make this gym superior to the rest. In fact the opposite. Most of their equipment is outdated, broken, or poorly maintained. The men's room has a bad odor and looks very filthy. I wouldn't dare use their bathroom or stream room, let alone take a shower.. yuk! During my time at this gym, whenever I used the equipment, the pins where always missing. It got so bad I started bringing my own. Staff is not friendly and treat you like a number.

Machines are broken and even after speaking to staff several times the machines remain broken. Female staff are typically rude or not helpful. Feel like I'm dealing with emotionless androids.

The worst Gym in the entire world. Rude, impolite, unfriendly, sad long faced, uncourteous employees working at this gym which most of the time you see them doing nothing, either sitting behind the desk taking a nap or just playing with their smartphone. Not to mention they lie at your face about their membership
fees and policy, they expect you to pay their hidden fees and charges. THEY LIE AND THEY DENY. very dishonest sales people and they keep constantly changing their rates and membership plans. they charge you for the towels every day, next thing you know they might charge you everytime you drink water from the water fountain, or charge you for borrowing one sheet of paper towel/facial tissues...Also, most of the machines are broken and outdated, and they need to be replaced, and the cardio machines make annoying squeaky sounds. I keep telling them to either have them fixed or replaced, but they just keep ignoring their customers concerns. In addition, you are always surrounded by female gym rats that stinks up the whole gym by farting that smells Just like rotten-eggs.I guess people have no manners. Overall I am unsatisfied with this gym and I would take my business somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

I became a member a month ago and have had nothing but good experiences since. Everyone has been very friendly especially Victoria a.k.a Vicky. We officially introduced ourselves after a full week of friendly smiles. She came over to us, introduced herself and shook our hands. Since then,every morning when my husband and I arrive, we see her working diligently and always make our way over to her to say hello. She has such a wonderful spirit!
