Great first class, lots of different levels all together, go at your own pace. Best of all it is such a nice huge space there is no crowding. Such a good value for the workout!

CKO is..... Where working out is fun !!
CKO is NOT only a kickboxing facility.
You gain endurance, strength, agility, flexibility, confidence, and also learn some self defense !!!
The owners at Springfield, are experienced in the CKO world so they know what they are doing and how to treat the members right !
First class is free, so you have nothing to lose !
