The gym layout is awkward and is spread out on too many floors, 5 is you count basement locker room and 5th floor studios. The biggest problem by far is that there are too many young and inexperienced members. For some reason, this gym has too many high school aged members. The worst ever, dirty, smelly, unwelcoming staff with exception of one young white lady with red hair who always greets people in and out regardless. I cancelled a membership for family with the back(mixed) big guy but they keep charging my account for the last few months. Every time I call they say the manager will call me back, even the new manager who started 2 days ago is still supposed to call back to sort out my account...... Safe your money and go to the other one by 67rd or any other faculty. The smell in showr rooms kill
