Bathrooms & locker rooms are dirty.. the whole entire facility has towels all over the floor.

Workers very rude with attitude. All weights are all over the floor a lot don't work and broken . Very poor quality machines . Steme room is a pain in the ass to make it work. Too much money for nothing . Don't come here !!

I have been coming to this gym for 1 yr, never had a problem.3 months ago, some new guy at the front desk said i cant have a towel, what kind of bullshit and service is that. Fine whatever new person. Came back today, a new person again said i cant have a towel. What kind of bullshit service is this, my membership dosnt allow towels. Are a freaking gym. Pathetic excuse.

I've been a member of NYSC since 2008 and I couldn't be happier when this location opened, however, for the past couple of years and especially lately it has become unacceptable, the list of problems can go on and on and on
1. Rude Management and front desk!!!!! HUUUUGE problem! The attitude on these folks is just unbelievable! They threaten you with cops when you are trying to bring a paying guest and your guest just happened to forget an ID. I strongly encourage corporate to take a careful look into this matter!
2. Dirty premises, rusty machines (stepper machine has layers of rust), big balls of dust are every where and you are breathing it in, noone bothers to clean ever!
3. No towels! What happened to towel service??? Since when do you have to beg for one at the front desk and if you come after 7 pm there are NO TOWELS
4. Once again RUDE staff!!
5. A lot of Out of order equipment

Staff pleasant most of the times. However this Angela lady. Rude and attitude. Almost made me gave this gym a 1 star. Otherwise would've been a 5 star.
