The purchasing of a new home can be quite a stressful event. Eugene Volynets and his team at NYME do their utmost to make the experience as easy as possible. Through their knowledge , honesty, and efforts we were able to purchase the home we really wanted. They were always available and prompt to answer all of our questions no matter what the question was. The warmth that they treated us with as well makes them the ultimate choice of a business to deal with in the future. When I need mortgage assistance in the future there will be no other choice but NYME. They truly did all the research to get us the best rate possible.

I was recommended to use NYME by a friend to purchase our first home in Brooklyn. It was a luxury condo in Bensonhurst area. We were very nervous about our first purchase but the people at NYME made the process smooth and worry free. They explained to us everything we needed to know and gave us key advice in getting the best deal. We ended up getting a great rate and thanks to their post-purchase advice, our monthly mortgage is now half of what it would be if we were to rent the same apartment.

My husband and I were looking to refinance our mortgage and were a bit hesitant and nervous due to issues with the first round. We were referred to Eugene and Teddy through a friend and are so thankful for it. From the beginning introduction through the closing, they guided us every step of the way. The process was seamless and they were so comforting to work with- they answered any questions we had (even the most ridiculous) and reviewed every detail with us. We cant be more grateful for them!
