New York Media Boat

This was the best boat ride I've ever had in my life. We were a group of 5 and were absolutely amazed by the view we got. Our captain Joel was a great guy who knows all about New York. We had a great time and can absolutely recommend NewYorkMediaBoats!!

What a great experience! Eric is a great captain and guide. It was pretty windy today, but he made sure we had fun without getting too wet. We love the pictures he took of us in front of several NYC sites- especially the Statue of Liberty!

Personally, I hate bus and walking tours because I can do that myself. What I like to do is have some adventure and exercise while sightseeing at the same time.

Our guide was Eric and he was super friendly and knowledge. He took us across the Hudson river and saw some great views of the New York skyline and the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridge.

When the boat was going fast, it was super fun as the boat bounces a bit but then he would slow down for some picture ops. Even though it was bouncy at times, it felt super safe. I wish I had a better camera with me because you truly do get a panoramic view of New York and New Jersey.

For $85, it was reasonable and much more fun than the normal Statue Cruises (which I went on a few years ago). Definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing trip.

The Sunset Tour was definitely the highlight of our trip to New York.

My two sons being allowed and encouraged to "drive" the boat will stay with them for a very long time.

We took an evening tour and the photographs we took have pride of place on our walls. The sun setting behind the Statue of Liberty shining through the Stars and Stripes is the sort of thing you never forget.

We wanted to do a tour of the city and thought a boat could give us the best opportunity to see the most important parts of NYC. We were extremely impressed with the Media boat and Eric our guide. The boat is very safe and easy to get into and out of. Considering that we were the smallest vessel in the water, this boat handled smoothly and I never felt in danger at all. Eric knows so much about all the sights we went past and also gave us plenty of time to take pictures. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Absolutely the best part of our visit to NYC. Thanks for the memories!!
