Booked a birthday party 2 months ago. A week before the party NY Kids Club tells that they do not have our reservation, meanwhile we have 25 kids coming.

Their solution is 2 weeks later in Brooklyn.

Not reliable!!!!

Our 4 year old loves this place. Great for winter birthday parties. Staff is lots of fun and the place is clean and well kept.
