They are CHEATERS: I bought 2 phones iPhone 5S (32 GB) and iPhone 5 (16 GB) from this store... while making them payment i insisted for warranty card apart from sale invoice the store manager told me that same is covered by Apple and that i have to go to their site to complete formalities (online registration)... while doing so after returning to India - to my horror this is not covered under any warranty and is a old/ refurbished phone. I am sold a refurbished/ old phone (Manufactured in 2014) at a price of new phone (more than) and worse is that the iPhone 5S (32 GB) is only 16 GB phone with outer box and inner instrument IMEI number too is not matching. i at any given point of time was told that the phone is not a new phone. Never even thought to be cheated in US. I paid cash of USD 620/- for this two phone. I will like to further pursue case of cheating on this store and do not mind paying a lawyer to ensure that guilty is punished and this store do not cheat a genuine buyer like me ever.

Worse than a useless rip off. My auntie got her travel photos put on DVD and trusted that they were actually doing it right. Get back to Australia and the DVD could not be read on any PCs. Every time we called them the person on the phone said the person who puts things on DVD just finished work. When I called asking for their e-mail address they pretended they only sell vegetables. After using a 3rd party DVD data recovery tool (which only worked on the most powerful settings), we got the photos back. As a side point they charged at least 5 times the market price for an SD Card.
