Although NYCBanks are not necessarily conveniently located and limited still with their online/mobile banking etc...I will say that the help I get at this location with their bankers is why I stay with this bank. Sarai in particular has been amazing! She is so helpful, always answering my questions etc. She opened my checking account and made me feel extremely comfortable from day one. Everyone I have encountered at this branch have been wonderful as well!
