Bought a 7 days pass and got a ticket that did not work. When complaining at the station for a new ticket the man on duty explain that a written complaint toNYCT had to be given if a refund is wanted. The officer on duty was unpolite and unfriendly. This is not the way to treat turist in NY.

Terrible horrible!!!
called No Fault department for one month everyday. No one answer either the supervisor! They received all the documents but just NEVER get back to you and they said they would contact you but just NEVER!

Horrible service and response to claims brought in by negligence on behalf of their own employees (bus drivers)! 6 months and no response!
