I swear I wouldn't give any star but I had to to make comment.i think it is utterly ridiculous to wait over an 1 1/2 or more to sit in the precinct waiting on a complaint number to be pulled up .there customer service needs some serious work and on top of that when I called to get complaint number over ph they claim they don't have record of it ,hence why I came in person and still left without any service

So much officers but nothing is getting done. My cousin lives around here almost every block you see nypd, but so much problems. My uncle was missing for over 3 days we call 911 they tell us go to the precinct, go to their they tell us call 911. Thats just stupid.

The comments are right. These "officers of the law" are criminals themselves. The harass people and try to intimidate you by abusing the shield that is sworn to protect you. I hope all the bad guys (who often wear uniform) are found out and dismissed from the duties they don't do anyway. The should all burn in hell. The bad ones anyways. I have never been mistreated in such away. Treated as a common hood and ignorant being when I'm sure my education passes each officer I had came across last night.

I'm a manger of 2 3/4 houses. I have needed their help twice, and both times they were prompt, professional and effective in helping to provide safety to my houses and the neighborhood. I've also spoken with their community affairs officer and was impressed by their community relations efforts and events. They take time to interact with community members despite being responsible for protecting one of the most economically challenged areas of Brooklyn.

3 days, 10 to 15 calls a day later I still didn't speak to anybody who could give me an accident report number, so I wouldn't drive there for nothing.
an accident report should be made available to all parties involved within 3 days after date of occurence
that's never the case with this precinct
Clueless, incompetent staff, that treats public as subhumans
Most important goal for them is to say not my job, talk to the next guy
