New York City Police Department - 19th Precinct

Very helpful they helped us with lost credentials before flying out of the States. They took over our case although another precinct was responsible (but refused to help) so they stepped in. Can only recommend. Especially the officer at the counter was very helpful and friendly

Amazing job

These clowns didn't respond to a traffic accident I was involved in after an hour and a half. 4 calls to emergency, and one directly to the precinct were not returned, meanwhile one police officer on foot and FOUR police cars drove by without so much as a look. The dispatch said someone was on their way for over an hour. First time I've needed the NYPD in the 12 years I've been here and they failed miserably. Doesn't surprise me, but I'm still disappointed.

I have been harassed non stop for the past two years living on East 68th St within the jurisdiction of the NYPD 19th Precinct. Anytime something happens to me they either will not write a report or just wont help me at all. Deputy Inspector James Grant knows who I am. They all know me.

I suspect he was paid to stand down and actually assist in the harassment.

I'm 39 and thank God I do not have any criminal record. People I am in the mix with paid high ranking members of the NYPD to ruin my life and the 19th Precinct is in on the action. If your in the NYPD reading this make sure you get your cut. I know the people who paid them and they can afford it. If you want call me and I'll give you their info directly.

My neighbor strapped metal on top of her / his air conditioner for the pigeons. It sounds like there is a car running in my living room. It's 30 degrees outside Jan 2, 2016 and the AC is blaring at 3AM in the morning. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

There are a lot of coincidences around here apparently. According the the 19th Precinct. I have reported 4 or 5 crimes to the NYPD 19th Precinct and not once have they given me a police report. I have video evidence plus recorded phone calls and they will not take a report.

One time someone who knew all my information and that I have been talking with Internal Affairs, called me and said they were a detective from the 19th Precinct. The person said to come by the precinct. I went by and they said no one called. That one time they offered a report but I didn't want it because the whole thing was such a scam. I think they just wanted an excuse to look into my phone records because they had probably already been in there and needed an excuse for why.

I have tons of evidence to back up my claims. Someone broke into my apartment and injected me in the hand. I went to the hospital. I tried to report it and they will not take a report.

If this gets posted and anyone is reading this, please let me know what to do when the police have been paid to sabotage your life and no one will help. Also, for me it's too late as far as getting on their bad side but be careful not to get on the bad side of the NYPD because allegedly they will ruin your life or murder you. Sorry guys but it's true. What the saying, streets got to eat? I guess the NYPD 19th Precinct has to eat and if that means someone pays them to ruin your life, it's going to happen. Also, they are set up to ruin lives so if you get them mad they may put you on that list without being paid. You could contact the CCRB although if your not a celebrity or it's not caught on video you can also talk to a wall and get the same response. Know what I mean? Welcome to the jungle.

From 19 pct police some police don't know about street I get pull over by cop it on 61 and 2nd AV cop give me ticket for improper turn but on 61 at everyone make left turn from 2 lane because they don't know which lane from they make left because there is no sign and serious thing it's cop give me ticket after that 19 pct cop did same turn this is cop life they pull over people for do right they do same if cop breaking rule how people gonna follow
