New York City Police Department - 13th Precinct

Amazing job

On the few occasions that I had to ask a police officer for directions or what was going on when there was a disturbance of some kind in the neighborhood, the police officers were both very helpful and quite polite.

This precinct routinely parks their squad cars, large emergency response RV/bus, and personal cars within the 2nd Ave bike lane and within the left turn lane at 20th Street & 2nd Ave. This creates an incredibly dangerous situation for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians in this area. Courtesy, Professionalism, and Respect...? Nope, not from the 13th.

I have not been here personally but i did call because my car was missing (towed), and i didn't remember my license plate off the top of my head/because of this 311 told me NYPD were the only ones who could give it to me........ so I was transferred from 311 to the 13th precinct. Anyways to make long story short, the rudest man in the world picked up the phone, had the WORST MANNERS AND ATTITUDE, and wasn't interested in helping me and DIDNT, after i asked him for what i needed he said "oh well what am i supposed to do", he was a complete A-HOLE. Anyway taxi ended up taking me to where they have the towed cars and luckily my car was there.................................
