These people are unbelievable!!!! NO HELP AT ALL!!!! Called the "supervisor" two days in a row and no one answered my calls nor called me back to solve my problem. My coworker had the same exact terrible experience. They're getting paid to do nothing.

I have never seen such a place so poorly run as this “joint.” The experience was really harrowing and disgusting, to say the least. I will Never return there again if my life depended on it. I strongly Urge anyone that reads this or any of the other posters to stay away from this place at all possible cost. Go somewhere else where you are treated with more dignity and respect and where they Will answer your questions and your phone calls with courtesy and some form of kindness. I can’t believe this city is paying really good money to employees like these.

Really poor telefone service! Called several time during the day over a several day period to check for an appointment, but either the line was busy or nobody picked up the phone, riniging for 2 minutes. Finally, there is no voice mail, in order to leave a message for a call back. This is not the 21st century this department is living in. Poor NYC.

I visited one of the NYC Hospital emergency rooms while visiting the city. My wife was participating in the Avon Breast Cancer walk and needed to go to the hospital. Upon arriving, I supplied ALL the healthcare and insurance information required - as is normal in these situations..... I have received a bill from the NYCHandH for the full amount of the visit. On the bill no insurance was listed. There is NO Question that I and my wife are covered. I have made 7 attempts to call the number provided. I have attempted different times of day. The voice mail message says that all workers are helping others - leave a message and they will call back shortly. I have left message with all the required information. I NEVER get a call back. I refuse to just fill out the information on the back of the bill because it asks for my Social Security number.... At this point I have LITTLE FAITH that it would not be used to steal my identity. ( They can't even give me a call back) .... How hard is it to respond to a simple phone call ? What a poor business model and a poor professional set up.
