I first met John Duffy when I attended an anger management group that I attended after a very painful end to a 7 year relationship. I had been suffering from severe depression for many years. My relationships with friends and family were hanging by a thread and my art career was going nowhere. I was hiding from life and from people. John helped me learn new ways to recognize the things that trigger feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, and anger, as well as how to diffuse them. I decided to also see John as my private therapist. Today my life is tranformed. I have great friends, a close and rejuvenated relationship with my family, a flourishing career, and a healthy and fulfilling relationship with an extraordinary woman that loves me. I have also found the love for myself that was lacking for so long. The work I have done with John has played an enormous role in all the changes and positive developments in my life.
