Philip helped me find and secure the most impossible Manhattan apartment - because I have two big dogs! One German Shepherd; the other, a Doberman mix. Both their breeds and sizes exclude them from almost all the apartments I tried to contact on my own.

Philip not only used his knowledge and network to help find a wonderful apartment in Upper West Side, but also used his know-how and smarts to get it approved. It could have been extremely difficult but he was confident from the very beginning.

He went above and beyond and was very proactive during the process and visited me several times at my workplace to secure the timing of the paperwork.

He is also good at tailoring his search to your lifestyle. I now live in a wonderful pre-war apartment near Riverside park after relocating for work. It is a lot bigger space than I imagined and it is fantastic to be this close to the park.
