Honest, fast, good prices, and good knowledge of a wide range of cars. I went to the Honda dealership for a under-warrantee battery replacement. They tried to upsell me, I said no thanks but to be sure everything was okay I took it to New Xcell. They said most of the dealer recommended work was unnecessary. They took care of the one legit issue for a fraction of the cost quoted at the dealership. Recommended without reservation.

Only had a simple check engine light and vehicle inspection done, but I would go back again and trust the staff here.

The day to day manager was surprisingly young, and offered great service and communication.

These guys are great! My 13 year old Subaru Imprezza wagon was rear-ended by a heavy car. There was not much apparent damage to my eyes. But viewed from the lift the supporting damage was visible. The other car's insurance paid for damages and New Xcell did the repair. My car looks new (at least the part New Xcell worked on). They even did a few extra touch-ups and returned the car, in very few days, beautifully clean -- really almost detailed. I am completely satisfied with their attention to detail, the pleasant and courteous service and willingness to represent my interests with the insurance adjuster. The price to the insurance company was quite reasonable, well within the companies guidelines.

Small and efficient shop on the corner of Old Fulton and Hicks. Unlike hundreds of alternatives, all 3 bays are clean and actively used to work on customers' cars. The parking lot has an assortment of Japanese, European and American cars. Nevertheless, the manager (Ronny) and his techs are very knowledgeable about BMWs. They knew the usual "weak spots" of 3-series rear suspension and use quality OEM replacement parts (not the cheap junk).
