My eye brows totally uneven and my wax was terrible. My legs became red and ugly. Will never go up there.

I had to get a trimming done no biggie (I keep short hair)... So I thought lets try this place .... A horror... They took out my entire sideburn .... I looked funny as I walked out of there... So unprofessional and crude... I dont know who on earth gave them the license to operate ...I have to star it to post but I would not give it even one ... I could cut my hair myself with a razor better ... That says a lot....

Worst place to go if you want to get a haircut! I went there to get henna and the lady who does eyebrows convinced me into getting a haircut giving an example of her haircut done by her co-worker. When the spanish lady cut my hair, she really didnt know what she was doing she was just chopping off my hair. i was sooo mad she made my hair so short and chopped off my bangs and made it really uneven. I will never refer anyone to go to this salon! worst worst salon ever to go for a haircut i had a really bad experience every time i look at my hair i keep cursing at the lady for messing up my beautiful hair. I have to literally oil up my hair everyday for it to grow so i can go to a professional stylist to cut my hair. I think they are not hair cut certified this place charges $20 or haircut but the cut is horrible! waste of money! Please do not go there for a haircut! i regret so much for going.

poor costumer service. very rude and nasty. the lady was threading my eyebrows and it was uneven. one of my eyebrow was to thin and the other was to thick. its very unprofessional. ill never go here. the waxing is not good either. it not clean its very messy. they dont care about the work that they put in all they care about money in peoples pocket
