Worst cab service ever.. The dispatcher was so rude in the morning they just dont send cabs and get annoyed when you ask where your cab is. DONT TAKE!!!!

The dispatcher was very professional I scheduled a pick up for the airport early morning, he ask if I need a wake up call, I said no. But I was suprise when the car was there in the morning on time, that driver call me to tell me that he was out there waiting for me.... they got me there in time and at reasonable price. I recommend

Absolutely the worst car service ever! Call in because I needed a taxi for work. I called at 10:38 to be exact to be at my job at 11:00. Which usually takes 15 minutes to get there. They tell me 6 minutes. So I look at the time and its already 10:52 and no one has showed up. I called the taxi service and he said that someone was there but left because no one was there. I told him I'm right here and no one has showed yet. He tells hold on he's around the corner and I tell him to come back it he's 3 minutes away. Its now 11:00 no one there so I call back they put me on hold and leave there. It wasn't until 11:14 someone shows up. I tell him I called at 10:40 ...now I'm going to be late because of your irresponsibility. Then he tells me oh I just got call now so I said oh that so I'm gonna call the dispatcher right now because he told me your the same guy. I was obviously irritated because now I'm losing money from my job from not being there. So since he knew I was going to call the dispatcher he try changing his story saying" oh I'm the wrong cab because I'm not going there. But I see on his screen its clearly my address for my building number and I'm the only one living there so I know no one had called from my building. So he tried to play it off like it wasn't him. So I said listen I just need to go to my job because I'm already late as it is. So not only did this guy make me late for waiting for him and lieing... he tries to over charge me too. Tells me its 30( which its only 18 dollars, I take it all the time to go to work) before he takes me. Which they never usually do. So I just left. I called the dispatcher to complain then he starts trying to cover this taxi driver. I'm first if you guys make a mistake at least own up to it and don't try to insult my intelligence by trying to cover it up. If you want unreliable service and to waste hard earn cash call this horrible car service!

Worst company I've ever ridden with. Called for a ride and it showed fast. Cab driver got me and my girlfriend home fairly quickly. So why is it a bad company? Well we were given a price on the phone and the driver tried charging more. So I called the company back and put the dispatcher on speaker. First they getting to talk in Spanish. Then the driver curses me out and tries to hit me as I get out. I'll be calling the TLC and BBB.
