New Rochelle Chevrolet

I just purchased a pre-certified 2011 used Chevy Impala from New Rochelle Chevrolet. The experience of the purchase went quite smoothly. The salesperson who sold us the car is John Schudy. He was extremely friendly and patient with us, and my wife and I appreciated being treated in a courteous and respectful manner by him. The Sakes manager, George, and the finance manager, Mark, were also both very helpful and patient. The dealership appears to have a nice selection of both new and used cars. If purchasing a used car, I would highly recommend the pre-certification program, which is available for lower mileage used cars. The Chevy Impala that we purchased has less than 23,000 miles on it. Cars in the pre-certification program comes with a 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty, and these pre-certified cars are also eligible for the purchase of an additional extended 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty, which we purchased. I would highly recommend this dealership to other car purchasers.

We Had a great experience when we bought our Chevy Traverse from this dealership, Damian the Sales Person has been very helpfull everytime We show up at the dealer, we Highly recomend ask for him. As well as Felipe the manager was very understanding of our situación, they both are very nice people to look for.

One would think a dealership that has a motivated customer in their establishment who is ready to purchase their vehicle would any and everything in their power to secure their business. Such does not seem to be the case at New Rochelle Chevrolet. While my salesman is a pleasant and personable young man who appears to act like he is trying to make a sale, it seems the sales managers have no care to actually do business with me. For want of $500 dollars, they refused to budge off the price. The claim is that the Internet price is the lowest price they can offer the vehicle for. Well, that's a shame because there are so many other dealerships who sell the same vehicle for $1000+ cheaper. Then when they finally do offer a lower price, it's after bullying me to finance with them. I've already made it clear that my financing is secured through another venue so why would they try and strong-arm me? The reason I conclude, which most would say is obvious, is that all they really care about is the money and not the customer. They have brand new 2016 vehicles coming in that they will make their money back on. Oh well. Perhaps they'll get someone foolish enough to buy it.

Amazing place to go to. My salesman khaled was amazing. I never had or seen a better sales man then him. Iv known him for two days but he made it seem like we were family. I would recommend him to anyone. So i tell you if you're gonna buy a car go see him and tell him i sent you.

We had an excellent experience at New Rochelle Chevrolet. Everyone we met/worked with was fantastic. Our sales rep, Lauren Sputo was outstanding! She understood our needs & did a great job showing us the features of the 2015 AWD Chevy Equinox LS. She also took great care of my dad who has trouble walking.
