The Physical accommodations are ok for an off off Broadway venue. However, the door buzzer to gain entrance is non functional. The door is kept locked for insurance reasons, but when you press the button for access, a blinding light shines out and renders the keypad invisible. No one responds and you have to wait till someone exits. Occasionally, someone will buzz you in. A simple sign telling you to call someone downstairs for access would resolve the problem.
