I've been in the knife industry for most of my life, and I can tell you that without a doubt NJWJ can make a quiality cut and service excelling past anyone else we've done business with. Not only are the cuts accurate, but consistent from cut to cut and we always can rely on this as a baseline for our product's quality. We do 35,000+ knives a year with New Jersey and we have never been let down. I can't recommend them enough. If you are considering a water jet service, you can stop looking here.

I own a knife company out of Colorado. For many of our models, we need accurate water jet blanks to keep our production optimized. We've been working with Larry at new Jersey Water Jet for about a year now and the the blanks we receive from him are accurate and consistent. The dynamic head system he employs DRAMATICALLY reduces "duck-foot" kerf. Every knife can stand on edge right off the water jet table. Holes are precisely reamed to our tight tolerances, and product yield from plate is astounding due to NJWJ's uncanny ability to nest tighter than any other water jet house we've used. Larry's a great guy to deal with, to boot!
