just needed a state insp. Tried to sell me on 4 struts, radiator hoses, battery ,air filters........ really. So yes to what a previous review said: They are STILL CROOKED.. I've been working on cars for 30yrs so I know when something needs to be changed.so don't try to take me for a ride...Bottom line is I would not recommend. They get 1 star for getting my inspection done before lunch....

I agree with the other reviews. It's a VERY Crooked operation.

Careful folks...very crooked operation. I came in for inspection and they told me my 1 yr old battery died during inspection. Bought there battery $125. They would not pass me unless I bought a new tire also - this yr went to my usual gas station for inspection. They told me battery acid was leaking to my tire - I took it back to these lovely people, who charged me 58.00 labor to install and rid me of the defective battery which they sold me. As a side note I didn't know that battery inspection is not part of regular inspection. I guess they saw a woman coming and $$$.

Went in for a routine oil change, for the "low low price" of $58 and change, they cross-threaded my oil filter, and did not notify me. Next oil change I got at another location, the company informed me that it had been crossthreaded, and tried their best to make it work. Next thing I know, I'm sitting in the middle of Upstate NY, knee deep in repair bills because my oil filter blew off because of the crossthreading.
$58 For initial OIl change
$21 For next oil change
$300-350 estimate for repairs.
Wonderful.
