The food is great but they dont provide you with any folks or spoons with yout delivery order....

I understand I am ordering from a Chinese restaurant, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't speak & understand BASIC English, at the very least. A business that deals with the public on a day-to-day basis should be able to communicate with their customers! Besides that, I feel if I order food at 11:00 o'clock at night, it should be FRESHLY prepared - not food that has been sitting around all day long, getting heated and re-heated over and over - until it is dry and hard. That was what I received: greasy, over-fried chicken and rice with pork pieces so hard that they crunched like potato chips when I attempted to take a bite. It was late when I ordered, so when I called back to complain, the restaurant was already closed. The next day, I discovered that if the food was horrible, their customer service was even worse. “Lily,” told me that my food was perfectly prepared (not!) and began screaming at me like a lunatic when I told her I expected the restaurant to send me a replacement order. When she refused, I told her I was going to call my bank and dispute the charge on my credit card (which I did, btw). There's nothing worse than feeling really hungry, looking forward a meal, and when you finally receive it...it’s terrible. Even worse when the restaurant doesn’t value your business enough to make things right. Don’t spend your money here; the food is terrible; communication impossible, and customer service non-existent.

Much better than the other chinese restaurants in the area, also much cheaper as well. Only downside is that delivery is a bit slow at times.
