Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle but this is the worst location that you can go. The food was cold, dry and old. Very bad crew in general.

I absolutely loved my experience at this chipotle. I felt welcomed & the food was Great. I don't know if they changed their management, but I definitely will be coming back.

Music is a bit too loud, but it's just like every other Chipotle in NYC. Long lune, but killer food

Lines are hella long and its usually crowded but the food is good and the alcoholic drinks they serve taste good. The drinks could use less ice. They need to get another chipotle location in Yonkers so the lines aren't so long all the time. Wait times are approx 20 or 25 min

I just stepped out of this place and couldn't wait to put my wallet away so that I could write this review. I really like Chipotle - their cilantro rice is addictive - however, this location has two times over made what is already stressful (seriously, if give ever Waited in a chipotle lunch rush line you'll know what I'm talking about) and with so many other places to eat in this mall, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

The first time I came here, the cashier snuck a soda onto my tab (after telling her I DIDN'T want anything extra) and when I came back moments later for a refund, got a case of serious attitude. I understand that you may have an upsell quota, but seriously, just adding stuff I didn't ask for to meet your goal is akin to thievery.
With this in mind I came back with my hackles up looking to grab something before heading home. It being a Saturday, I was expecting the line, and it was a 40 minute wait, with the typical crowding, pushing, and din of Chipotle patrons. When I got to the service area, it was so noisy I had to yell to have my order heard. Some of the toppings were running low, and rather than wait for refill pans to be placed to properly fill bowls and burritos, half spoonfuls were being furtively placed, and demands for adequate filling were ignored by staff. Considering that it's $9 a serving starting price, I don't see why production standards should drop because it's busy.

Side note: management of this facility should consider having a separate line for filling online and fax orders - it would definitely help cut down on in store wait time.
